A Property Analysis is the first step to knowing whether you're eligible for a new roof. Our team sends out one of our professional field representatives to look at the condition of your roof, siding, doors, windows, and any other area around the home.  from there they will send you a report along with an estimate for recommended repairs.

If your insurance claim gets approved, you will receive an insurance estimate and initial payment check within two weeks. In most cases, the insurance company will withhold a portion of the money called depreciation, which is recoverable once repairs are completed. Your field representative will then meet with you to help you understand your options of materials and colors so you can select what you like. Once the homeowner has made their selections, production will typically be scheduled within two weeks.

After the production is completed, we will send our invoices to you and your insurance company. The invoice will trigger the release of the depreciation, and once you receive the final check, the balance will be due.
